Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the water content of transformer oil and steam turbine oil in operation by coulometric method. This standard is applicable to the determination of the moisture content of transformer oil and steam turbine oil in operation. The determination of the moisture content of phosphate ester fuel oil can refer to this method.
