GB/T 5275.9-2014
Scope
This part of GB/T 5275 is part of a series of national standards for preparing mixed gases for calibration using the dynamic volume method. This section specifies the method of continuously preparing a mixed gas for calibration using one or more condensable components. Through the synthesis of relative standard uncertainty contributions, the relative expanded uncertainty of this method is no more than 1% (expansion factor k=2). Unlike the rest of the series, the method described in this part does not require precise measurement of flow rate, as there is no flow parameter in the formula for calculating the volume fraction. For gas components that are easy to condense and easily adsorb on the surface of the gas phase, it is difficult to prepare a calibration mixture with accurate and stable concentration using the static method. Moreover, the pressure of this calibration gas mixture cannot be close to the saturated vapor pressure, otherwise condensation will occur. The saturated vapor pressure method can be used to prepare such mixed gases.
