Scope

This standard specifies the selection and design of resistant exhaust mufflers for gasoline engines without catalytic converters below 30 kW. This standard applies to resistant exhaust mufflers (hereinafter referred to as mufflers) without catalytic converters for gasoline engines below 30 kW.
