Scope

This specification is applicable to the general plan, process, building, structure, water supply and drainage, electricity, instrumentation, heat and heating of new construction, reconstruction, expansion and technical transformation projects of dairy factories that use cow's milk, goat's milk and their processed semi-finished products as main raw materials. Professional engineering design for ventilation, air supply, refrigeration, environmental protection, fire protection, etc. This specification is applicable to the dairy factories of the following types and scales: 1. Milk powder—the daily raw milk processing capacity (two shifts) is not less than 100t; 2. Liquid milk—the daily raw milk processing capacity (two shifts) is not less In 100t; 3 fermented milk -- class treatment of raw materials is not less than 5t.
