Scope
This standard specifies the basic principles of life assessment for main pressure-bearing components of power plant boilers, proposes the basic steps of life assessment, and recommends commonly used life assessment methods under different damage modes. The main pressure-bearing parts of power plant boilers in this standard include: a) pressure-bearing parts in the furnace: water wall, economizer, superheater, reheater; b) pressure-bearing parts outside the furnace: drum, steam-water separator, header ; c) Steam and water pipes: main steam pipes, reheat steam pipes, water supply pipes, and steam guide pipes. The life assessment methods of power plant boiler pressure parts listed in this standard are only for damages such as creep, fatigue, fatigue-creep interaction, wear, flue gas side corrosion and creep, flue gas side corrosion and wear. model.
