Scope
This standard specifies the measurement method for the determination of molybdenum, niobium and tungsten content in steel using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. This standard is applicable to the determination of molybdenum content with a mass fraction of 0.005% to 8%, niobium content with a mass fraction of 0.005% to 5%, and tungsten content with a mass fraction of 0.005% to 19%.
