Scope: This standard specifies the principles, terms and definitions, symbols and descriptions of metal bending mechanical properties testing methods, specimens, specimen size measurements, test equipment, test conditions, performance determination, rounding of test result values and test reports. This standard is applicable to the determination of one or more bending mechanical properties of metallic materials with brittle fracture and low plastic fracture.
