Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates for biphenyl. This standard applies to biphenyl obtained by separation from coal tar fractions and biphenyl obtained by thermal dehydrogenation of benzene.
