Scope: This standard specifies the gas-water separator (hereinafter referred to as the separator) whose flange connection dimensions are in accordance with GB/T 2501-2010, CB/T 4196-2011, and JIS B 2220:2004, and the threaded joint connection dimensions are in accordance with CB* 56-1983. Classification and labeling, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage. This standard applies to the design, manufacture and acceptance of separators for ship compressed air piping systems where the medium is air.
