- Scope
- This standard specifies the test items, test equipment, test conditions and test methods for reliability testing of internal combustion engine heat exchangers. This standard is applicable to the vibration test of internal combustion engine oil coolers, water radiators, oil radiators, charge air coolers, and diesel engine water coolers (collectively referred to as heat exchangers) used in automobiles, tractors, construction machinery, generator sets, and small ships. Pressure pulse test, thermal shock test and static pressure strength test.
