Scope

This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, sample determination, and result judgment of enzyme-labeled immunochromatographic methods and colloidal gold immunochromatographic methods for aflatoxin B in cereals. This standard is suitable for rapid screening of aflatoxin B in rice, brown rice, corn and other cereals.
