Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, inspection classifications, inspection items, inspection equipment, inspection content and judgment rules for electric hydraulic drum brakes (hereinafter referred to as brakes) for coal mine belt conveyors. This standard applies to electric hydraulic drum brakes for belt conveyors in underground coal mines, and also applies to electric hydraulic drum brakes for belt conveyors in open-pit coal mines, coal preparation or other workplaces.
