This standard specifies the scope of electronic continuity resources, description objects, and relationships between description objects, establishes the element set and expansion rules for electronic continuity resource metadata specifications, and defines elements and their modifiers in detail. This standard specifies the content and appearance characteristics of electronic continuity resources (including native and derived electronic continuity resources). This standard is mainly designed for the universal elements of electronic continuity resources. If it is necessary to describe specific types of elements , which can be extended based on the metadata framework of this standard.
