This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption per unit product (referred to as energy consumption) limit for the production of vinyl acetate (vinyl acetate) by acetylene method and ethylene method. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of acetylene method and ethylene method vinyl acetate production enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new equipment.
