This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the limit of energy consumption per unit product (referred to as energy consumption) of polyvinyl alcohol produced by acetylene method and ethylene method. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of polyvinyl alcohol production enterprises by acetylene method and ethylene method, as well as the energy consumption control of new projects.
