- Scope
- This standard applies to the cathodic protection design, construction, acceptance and operation management of buried steel pipelines and metal facilities in newly built oil and gas stations. The cathodic protection of existing oil and gas stations can be implemented with reference to this standard. This standard does not apply to cathodic protection in large tank areas, oil and gas field well sites and LNG plants.
