Scope: This standard specifies the sampling and inspection plan, quality characteristics and unqualified classification, quality characteristics inspection scoring rules, grade classification and other quality evaluation methods for oil well pipe products. At the same time, this standard specifies the processing of quality evaluation results of oil well pipe products. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the quality of oil well pipe products such as tubing, casing, drill pipe, weighted drill pipe, drill collars, drilling tool stabilizers, drill pipe joints and adapter joints.
