Scope: This standard specifies the principles, working procedures, evaluation content and requirements and other technical requirements for industrial boiler system energy efficiency evaluation activities. Evaluation activities include at least the collection and collection of industrial boiler system design and operation data, data analysis identifying energy-saving opportunities, proposing energy efficiency improvement suggestions, and is uing evaluation reports. This standard is applicable to energy efficiency evaluation activities of steam boilers, hot water boilers and organic heat carrier boiler systems with rated steam pressure less than or equal to 3.8MPa. The energy efficiency evaluation activities of waste heat boilers and combined heat and power boiler systems can be carried out with reference to this standard.
