Scope

This rule applies to the energy efficiency testing and evaluation of industrial boilers and their systems that meet the following conditions: (1) Steam boilers and hot water boilers with rated pressures less than 3.8MPa; (2) Organic heat carrier boilers. This rule does not apply to waste heat boilers.
