Scope: This standard specifies both manual and automatic methods for the determination of the cloud point of petroleum products, biodiesel and biodiesel blended fuels, and the manual method is the referee method. This standard is only applicable to the determination of the cloud point of petroleum products, biodiesel and biodiesel blended fuels which are transparent at a layer thickness of 40 mm and whose cloud point is lower than 49°C.
