This part of GB 6675 specifies the basic safety requirements for toys, their implementation and supervision, legal responsibilities, etc. The basic safety requirements include mechanical and physical properties, flammability properties, chemical properties, electrical properties, hygienic requirements, radiation properties and labeling requirements. This section applies to toys designed or intended to be used by children under 14 years of age, and also to products that are not specifically designed for play but have a play function for children under 14 years of age. This standard applies to toys intended for domestic sale and use (including trial and free toys). This Part does not apply to the following toys: • public playground equipment; • public automatic amusement equipment, whether or not coin-operated; • toy vehicles equipped with internal combustion engines; • toy steam engines and toys incorporating toy steam engines; • catapults/ slingshot. The following products are not considered toys for the purposes of this section: • Holiday or celebration decorations. • Collectibles, with a clearly visible and easily identifiable logo on the product or its packaging stating that it is intended for collectors aged 14 and over. Examples of this category: -- detailed scale models; -- assembly kits for detailed scale models; -- ethnic and decorative dolls and other similar articles; -- reproductions of toys of historic interest; -- -Real weapons. • Sports equipment, including roller skates, inline skates, skateboards, etc. for children over 20 kg. • Bicycles with a maximum saddle height greater than 435 mm. • Scooters or other vehicles intended for exercise or use on public or public roads. • Electric vehicles intended for use on roads, public roads, sidewalks. • Water sports equipment intended for use in deep water areas, appliances for children learning to swim (such as swimming cushions, swimming aids, etc.). • Complete puzzles with over 500 pieces. • Guns that use compressed air other than water guns. • Bows and arrows with a maximum slack length of the bowstring greater than 120 cm. • Fireworks, including non-toy caps. • With pointed ejection
