- This part of JB/T 6012 specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, basic procedures for penetration testing, operating methods of penetration testing, identification and re-qualification of fluorescence penetration testing of internal combustion engine intake and exhaust valves (hereinafter referred to as penetration testing). This section is applicable to the detection of surface opening defects of the intake and exhaust valves (hereinafter referred to as valves) of internal combustion engines.
