Scope
This standard specifies the reagents and materials, test devices and instruments, sample preparation, preparation before measurement, measurement procedures, result calculation and processing, etc. for the electronic probe quantitative analysis of trace elements in alloys. This standard is applicable to the quantitative determination of trace elements in micro-regions and alloy phases in alloys, and also to the quantitative determination of trace elements (atomic numbers 4 to 92) in alloys. The mass fraction range of the determination is: 0.01% to 1%.
