Scope
This standard stipulates that the application scope of PVC-O pipes and connectors is the main and branch pipelines of buried and surface pressurized water transmission systems and irrigation systems without direct sunlight exposure. According to this standard, the pipeline system mainly refers to the transportation of pressure-bearing cold water with a temperature not higher than 45 ℃, including drinking water and water with general requirements. It can also be used in some special fields, such as: occasions with impact loads and pressure fluctuations. The pressure level does not exceed 2.5 MPa. Pipe fittings produced from other materials involved in this standard shall not only comply with the provisions of this standard, but also shall comply with the current standards of the corresponding countries.
