Scope: This standard specifies the use conditions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of electric heating ovens and electric blast drying ovens. This standard applies to electric heating drying ovens and electric blast drying ovens (hereinafter referred to as drying ovens) for drying, baking and dry heat sterilization of articles. This standard does not apply to special types of drying ovens such as vacuum drying ovens, far-infrared drying ovens and explosion-proof drying ovens.
