Scope

This standard specifies the definition, requirements and inspection methods of toy stuffing. This standard applies to the stuffing of toys: such as chemical fiber, natural fiber, foam, sponge, plastic particles, plant seeds, paper, etc. This standard does not apply to liquids, pastes and pastes filled in toys.
