This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of hydrogenated starch hydrolysates. This standard is applicable to hydrogenated starch hydrolysates made from starch as raw material and hydrolyzed by enzymatic or dilute acid into syrup; or hydrogenated starch hydrolyzate made directly from syrup as raw material and then hydrogenated and separated.
