Scope: This standard specifies the representation method and basic type of water vapor jet vacuum pumps, basic rules for design, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance, marking, packaging, transportation requirements and performance test methods. This standard applies to jet vacuum pumps (hereinafter referred to as jet pumps or pumps) that obtain a pressure of 10 kPa~10 kPa and use water vapor as the working medium. The pressures mentioned in this standard refer to absolute pressure unless otherwise specified.
