- This standard specifies the requirements, quality assurance regulations, delivery preparation, etc. for powder metallurgy thrust bearings used in internal combustion engine turbochargers. This standard applies to powder metallurgy thrust bearings (hereinafter referred to as "thrust bearings") for internal combustion engine radial turbochargers produced by powder metallurgy.
