- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and model naming, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ultra-high-pressure short-arc mercury lamps (hereinafter referred to as "lamps"). This standard applies to DC ultra-high voltage short-arc mercury lamps used for exposure in photolithography, photocuring, aging test and other equipment.
