Scope

This standard specifies a gas chromatography method for the determination of the average relative molecular mass of fatty alkyltrimethylammonium halides and fatty alkyldimethylbenzylammonium halides. This standard is applicable to the determination of a single type of sample for the above two types of compounds. This standard does not apply to the two types of mixtures and samples containing other interfering organic compounds.
