- This standard specifies a packed-column gas-liquid chromatography method for determining the average relative molecular weight of fatty alkyl trimethyl halide and fatty alkyl dimethyl benzyl iron halide. This standard is applicable to the determination of single types of samples for the above two types of compounds, and is not applicable to mixtures of the two types and samples containing other interfering organic compounds.
