This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of industrial hydrogenated oil. This standard applies to industrial hydrogenated oils made from vegetable oils and animal oils through different degrees of hydrogenation reactions.
