- This standard specifies the requirements, calculation principles and methods, energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption per unit product of tantalum and niobium smelting (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limits. This standard applies to the calculation, assessment and assessment of energy consumption from smelting tantalum-niobium concentrate to produce qualified tantalum pentoxide (niobium pentoxide) products. This standard does not apply to enterprises producing other tantalum and niobium products.
