Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the quantitative risk assessment process of chemical enterprises. This standard is applicable to the quantitative risk assessment of chemical enterprises, but is not applicable to the quantitative risk assessment of transportation facilities outside the enterprise such as road transportation, railway transportation, water transportation, long-distance pipelines, etc.
