- Scope
- This standard specifies the method for the determination of total organic carbon, dissolved organic carbon, and particulate organic carbon in seawater by non-dispersive infrared absorption method. This standard is applicable to the determination of total organic carbon, dissolved organic carbon and particulate organic carbon in seawater. The detection limit of total organic carbon and dissolved organic carbon is 0.02 mg/L, and the detection limit of particulate organic carbon is 0.006 mg.
