Scope

This standard specifies the determination of carbon and sulfur content of direct reduced iron by high-frequency combustion infrared absorption method. This standard applies to the determination of carbon and sulfur content in direct reduced iron. Measuring range (mass fraction): carbon 0.05%~2.5%, sulfur 0.001%~0.05%.
