Scope: This standard specifies procedures for the graph estimation method used in constant stress life tests and accelerated life tests. It is suitable for the situation that the life of electronic component products (hereinafter referred to as products) obeys Weibull distribution, its shape parameter m>0, characteristic life η>0, and position parameter γ=0. It can be used to estimate the life characteristics of the product; to judge whether the entire test data is abnormal or to judge whether the test results conform to the test hypothesis of the numerical analysis method.
