Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of chlorine content in high-temperature combustion microcoulomb analysis of phosphate ester resistant fuels. This standard is applicable to the determination of chlorine content of phosphate ester resistant fuel oils. The determination of chlorine content of other oils and organic liquids can also be carried out with reference to this method.
