Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pullulan. This standard applies to industrial pullulan produced by Aureobasidium pullulans as the producing bacteria, sucrose or glucose as the main raw material, fermented by specific organis s, separated, purified, dried and pulverized.
