Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, test equipment and measuring instruments, test pieces and test procedures, and calculation of test results using a mechanical testing machine to measure the peel strength between the soft covering material and the base material on the surface of furniture. This standard is applicable to the surface peel strength test of parts of furniture and other wood products with soft covering materials.
