- This standard specifies the energy efficiency grade, limit value of energy efficiency, energy saving evaluation value and test method of self-ballasted fluorescent lamps for general lighting (hereinafter referred to as: self-ballasted fluorescent lamps). This standard applies to rated voltage 220 V, frequency 50 Hz AC power supply, rated power 3 W ~ 60 W, screw lamp base or bayonet lamp base, for general lighting in households and similar occasions, the control start and stable ignition components Integrated self-ballasted fluorescent lamp. This standard does not apply to self-ballasted fluorescent lamps with shades.
