Scope: This standard stipulates the limit value of power consumption per unit efficacy, limit value of water consumption, energy saving evaluation value, water saving evaluation value, energy efficiency level and water use efficiency level of electric washing machines. This standard applies to household electric washing machines with a rated washing capacity of 13 kg or less (hereinafter referred to as washing machines). This standard does not apply to washing machines with a rated washing capacity of 1.0 kg or less and single-tub washing machines without dehydration function; it does not apply to stirring washing machines. For washing and drying machines, only the washing function is assessed.
