Scope

This document specifies the energy efficiency grades, technical requirements, test methods and energy efficiency calculation methods of electric fans. This document applies to table fans, rotary fans, wall fans, table fans, floor fans and ceiling fans driven by AC or DC motors with single-phase rated voltage not exceeding 250V and other rated voltages not exceeding 480V.
