Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the operating frequency, power level, basic services and functions, receiver and transmitter performance, audio, environmental adaptability and reliability of mobile station equipment in the 800MHz/2GHz cdma2000 digital cellular mobile communication network. This standard applies to 800MHz/2GHz cdma2000 mobile stations that support UIM or CSIM cards (separate machine and card) and those that do not support UIM and CSIM cards (integrated machine and card).
