Scope

This standard specifies the product requirements, inspection methods, test rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of fucoidan. This standard applies to polysaccharide products extracted and refined from brown algae such as kelp (Laminaria) and Undaria Pinnatifida (Undaria Pinnatifida).
