Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate and contract (or order) content of niobium pentoxide targets. This standard applies to niobium pentoxide targets made from niobium pentoxide powder using a vacuum hot pressing process.
