Scope
This standard specifies a method for the determination of sodium, aluminum, silicon, sulfur, calcium, vanadium, iron, and nickel in residual dye oil using wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. This standard applies to residual fuel oil with moisture not exceeding 0.5%. The measurement range is shown in Table 1. Table 1 Measuring range (omitted)
