Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and identification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for island polyester pre-oriented yarn. This standard is applicable to products produced with alkali-soluble polyethylene terephthalate as the sea phase and polyethylene terephthalate as the island phase. The total line density is 55dtex ~ 500dtex, the number of islands is 37, and the circular cross-section is Semi-matt and fully matt island polyester pre-oriented yarn. Other types of island pre-oriented yarns can be used as a reference.
