Scope: This standard specifies the classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, and packaging of polyester (cotton-type short fiber) color-spun yarn. This standard is applicable to ring-spun polyester color-spun yarn (including knitting yarn and weaving yarn), and is not applicable to the identification of polyester color-spun yarn for special purposes.
